1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited. If You have diferent choose country from Your IP You will be banned without warning. If we can not see from wich web referral link You came, we will send You website message, if You do not answer in 7 days we will suspend Your account.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) Your upline cannot be changed. We would never delete any Downliner! You can have only 50% DIRECT referrals from One Country, or must be at least 25% upgraded from them.
7) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
8) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination. Every member must have VERIFIED Alert Pay account. Also You must read all Your message in Message Center from admin, before next payout.
9) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
10) Payouts are normally taken care of within 24-72 hours (for the moment...). Upgraded members are taken care of first. 30 days is the longest time frame, intended to allow for personal or health issues or even computer or server issues. We have Maximum amount per payout request, if You request payout over that limit, all amount will be put in the purchase balance.
11) Advertised website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. The website must not contain any frame breakers. The website must be in English. The website must not contain or promote any viruses. The website must not conatin ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit. The websites single popup/popunder must not open any new windows. The websites single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms. If you violate these terms and are deleted, you will receive no refunds on purchases and no payouts!
12) If you are not login more then 31 days (or 1 months) your account will be deleted.
13) Put your payment proof on the forum for each payment. If You not put Your proof on the forum in less then 7 days, 1st time Your all amount will be transfer to purchase, 2nd time Your account will be suspended.
14) When You register on the forum, You will got activation mail. You can access forum only with identical user name from www.uptoearnbux.com!
15) When Your upgrade membership expire, you can keep Your "Upgrade" number of direct referrals max. 30 days. Before next payout you need to delete the surplus of referrals.
16) Renting referrals is at your own risk. Referals according BuxHost scripts randomly given to you, if they in the last three days clicked. Admin of this site is not responsible for the inactivity of referrals.
17) For the third withdrawal (3. payout request), any •CIVIL• member must buy only this time (JUST ONCE!), a membership, does not matter whether the •PRIVAT•, •COLONEL• or •GENERAL• and not matter how long a period, 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. So every member of this site must have at least one upgrade, if they expect 4th and more payouts.
